SIMPLICITY BACKED UP BY SCIENCE
The pain management process

1
Assessment
Movement, posture, history, symptoms, and functional limitations guide the treatment plan.

2
Targeted Treatment
Orthopedic massage techniques—including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, heat, mobility work, and microcurrent—may be integrated as appropriate.

3
Reassessment
We evaluate changes in mobility and symptoms, then discuss home care and next steps.
30—Minute Focused Treatments
For clients seeking focused attention rather than a full-body session, 30-minute treatments are available to address one specific area of concern, such as the neck and shoulders, lower back, hips, or legs. These shorter sessions allow me to concentrate our time where you need it most.

Manual Myofascia Release
A gentle, sustained technique designed to address restrictions within the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles and other structures of the body. Slow, intentional pressure and stretching are used to encourage greater tissue mobility, ease areas of tension, and support more comfortable movement.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, creating a different therapeutic effect from traditional compression-based massage. It can be particularly helpful for areas of muscular tightness and restricted mobility and may be incorporated to support circulation and tissue relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage uses slow, focused pressure to work with deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Rather than simply applying more pressure, the work is precise and intentional, concentrating on areas of persistent muscular tension, stiffness, or overuse to encourage greater ease and mobility.
