30-MINUTE FOCUSED TREATMENT

Cupping Therapy
Choose the style that feels right for you—or we decide together at your appointment.
A focused 30-minute treatment using therapeutic suction to gently lift the tissues rather than compress them. Your session concentrates on one area of concern and may use silicone, glass fire, bell, or manual gun cupping.

THE SERVICE
A different approach to soft-tissue work
Cupping creates negative pressure, gently lifting the skin and underlying soft tissues. Depending on the method selected, cups may remain stationary or be moved across the treatment area. The amount of suction and technique are adjusted for your comfort and therapeutic goals.
During this 30-minute appointment, we focus on one primary area of concern—for example, the neck and shoulders, lower back, hips, or legs—so the session remains specific and purposeful.
CHOOSE YOUR APPROACH
Four styles of cupping
Each method creates suction in a slightly different way. Your preference matters, and the treatment can be adapted after we talk about what you are hoping to address.
Silicone Cupping
Soft, flexible cups create adjustable suction and are especially versatile for both stationary placement and gliding techniques across larger muscular areas.

Glass Fire Cupping
Traditional glass cups use brief heat to create suction before the cup is placed on the skin. The flame is never applied to the body and is used only to create the vacuum inside the cup.

Bell-Shaped Cupping
Bell-shaped cups provide localized suction and can be positioned strategically over smaller or more targeted areas where focused tissue decompression is desired.

Manual Gun Cupping
A hand-operated suction device allows the amount of vacuum to be applied and adjusted with control, making it useful when precise suction levels are preferred.
POTENTIAL BENEFITS
Why clients choose cupping?
Ease Muscular Tightness
Suction offers an alternative to compression-based massage and may help areas of muscular tension feel less restricted.
Support Tissue Mobility
Moving or stationary cups can be used to encourage greater mobility of the superficial soft tissues around the area of concern.
Support Scar Tissue Mobility
By gently working on areas of restriction and adhesion, the treatment may help support greater comfort and ease of movement.
Highly Adaptable
Cup type, placement, movement, and suction intensity can all be adjusted according to your comfort and treatment goals.
